As a result the price is formed by the objective factors of the market and is not prompted by the authorities. • Competition is the power that motivates the producers to the most beneficial satisfaction of customers’ need. • Availability of a variety of ownership forms. • State regulation – directed to protection of competition and the customers’ interests (legislation and its mechanisms). The main elements of the market environment are: • The Government; • The market of raw materials, labour, goods, capital. The exchange of services, goods and other assets is a necessary and permanent phenomenon. The government plays only the role of a regulator. The existing state enterprises are working also in the same conditions of competition. The market economy opens wide opportuni- ties for entrepreneurship development. Entrepreneurship activity is first of all intellectual activity of energy and initiative people who own some possessions, which are used for organization of the business. Entrepre- neurship is ready voluntary to run a risk connected with the realization of new ideas. That is why that an entrepreneur who sensibly estimates or determines intuitively the degree of risk and at the same tine runs a risk achieves the greatest successes.
