FEATURES OF TRAINING PROCESS OF WOMEN IN BODYBUILDING ON THE BASIS OF BODY IMPENDENCE Nikolaev V.T (Mari state university, (MarSU), Yoshkar-Ola, Russia) Abstract. The article presents the generalized material about author's long-term scientific research of component structure of body weight and bioelectric indicators with the use of the Body impendence of people doing sports and fitness. It also presents practical experience as a coach in sports and fitness. The efficiency of training process in fitness depends on correctly made training programs due to the focus, amount and intensity on the basis of specific moфhological, functional, gender and age features of individuals. Therefore, the initial stage of the training process should begin with the diagnosis of bio-impedancemetry and proceed with further regular monitoring. According to the results of the BI, we biologically and methodologically justify the division involved in the three groups on the fat component of body weight and on other indicators characterizing the functional state, the division of each group into subgroups (a and b). Such division of practitioners according to moфhofunctional characteristics allows the trainer to individualize the training process and rationahze the grocery set for eating. Keywords: Body impendence, component structure of body weight, active and jet resistance, a phase angle of a bioimpedance, basal metabolism, inanition, musculoskeletal mass, active cell mass. 386
