Section 2. Training achievements : the average mark of a document of higher education (according to the list of exams passed at the time of filling out the Portfolio) is not less than 4.2 (the competitor must provide confirmation) (Applicants, whose average grade of the prior education is less than 4.2 out of 5 are reviewed on an individual bases), other academic achievements (victories in olympiads, contests, advanced training courses, online courses, certificates of a foreign language proficiency and etc.). Section 3. Professional achievements: confirmation of participation in scientific work: the presence of a scientific publication corresponding to the chosen field of preparation at international and / or all-Russian scientific and scientific-practical conferences, seminars, round tables, projects and etc. By submitting this Portfolio I confirm the correctness of the data presented by me in the Application.
